Fenyr's public website, lead forms, calculators, and general contact channels are designed for business information - not patient-identifiable data, claim documents, or credentials.
Patient names, dates of birth, addresses, medical record numbers, member/subscriber IDs, claim numbers linked to a patient, diagnosis or procedure information linked to a patient, EOBs, clinical documents, screenshots containing patient data, payer credentials, passwords, API keys, Social Security numbers, or other restricted information.
Organization type, role, specialty, approximate claim or collections ranges, denial-rate range, AR aging range, high-level payer mix, and a non-identifiable description of the revenue challenge.
Fenyr will first establish the appropriate commercial, privacy, and security process. Depending on scope, this may include an NDA, BAA where required, defined data scope, and an approved secure transfer or system-access method.
Contact Fenyr promptly through the designated privacy/security route. Do not resend the information by email or another public form. Fenyr should maintain an internal triage and incident-assessment procedure supporting this public instruction.
