What the assessment covers
Revenue leakage, denials, AR, cash velocity, revenue integrity, and visibility.
Choose the closest operating environment.
Denial and AR bands use attention values of 12, 32, 60 and 82; “not measured” uses 55. Reporting and ownership use 10, 35, 65 and 85. Leakage combines denials and handoffs; cash combines aging and handoffs. The selected concern and desired outcome each add 10 points, capped at 100. Unknown metrics raise visibility attention to at least 65. Provider type and collections contextualize the result; they do not predict financial value.

Revenue leakage, denials, AR, cash velocity, revenue integrity, and visibility.
Use 8-12 questions with ranges instead of sensitive exact data: provider type, monthly collections band, denial-rate band, AR >90 band, top revenue challenges, current reporting maturity, and desired outcome.
Return a six-outcome radar or maturity view with 2-3 priority observations, assumptions, and a suggested next step. Do not manufacture a precise dollar-found figure from limited inputs.
If the prospect wants claim-level analysis, payer review, or client-specific benchmarking, move to a secure, scoped assessment after initial qualification.
